Leland Vogel

Leland has developed and invested in ~$20M of industrial real estate. Projects include ~200k SF of new small and mid-sized industrial buildings, along with multiple existing asset acquisitions.

Prior to pursuing real estate development full time, Leland ran business development for a commercial general contractor, Lehman Daman Construction Services, a member of the Rudolph Libbe Group, and served on the company’s leadership team. His role there was to source construction leads and put together construction deals by networking with a variety of people in real estate, economic development, design, and the professional services industries. Leland has helped grow the company from ~$17M to ~$60M in revenue, and remains involved in a more limited capacity.
